1. Login To Google Plus.
2. Type Your Data In Stream Before Clicking Share Button.
3. Type Public To Share All Over Internet.
4. Type Name of Circle For (Group Share).
5. Type The Name Or Email of Person For (Private Share).

It Will Send Email To Persons Who Are Not On Google+.
